Threat Intelligence Manager

What you will do

Would you like to focus on Threat Intelligence and lead your own team? Join us as Threat Intelligence Manager and lead all aspects of our threat intelligence program! You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential security threats and develop strategies to protect our organization against emerging threats.

How you will do it

• Develop and implement the overall threat intelligence strategy, including the collection, analysis, and dissemination of practical intelligence to relevant partners
  
  
• Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in conducting advanced analysis and investigation of potential threats
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, including vulnerability management, incident response, and risk management, to improve the organization's ability to detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents
  
  
• Monitor and analyze external sources of intelligence, such as open-source intelligence (OSINT), dark web forums, threat intelligence feeds, and industry reports, to gather relevant information and maintain situational awareness
  
  
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of tools, technologies, and processes to support the identification and analysis of threats
  
  
• Foster positive relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies, industry peers, and information-sharing communities, to exchange intelligence, collaborate on investigations, and participate in relevant forums and conferences
  
  
• Develop and deliver threat intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations to senior leadership and other partners, presenting sophisticated technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  
  

What we look for

Required

• Background in Information Security or Security Operations – approximately 8+ years
  
  
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team
  
  
• Extensive experience in threat intelligence, cyber threat analysis, or a related role, with a consistent record of handling threat intelligence initiatives
  
  
• Solid understanding of threat intelligence frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, including intelligence lifecycle management
  
  
• In-depth knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, malware analysis, and incident response processes
  
  
• Proficiency in using threat intelligence platforms, SIEM solutions, and other security technologies
  
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions under pressure
  
  
• Good interpersonal skills supporting collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  
  
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of cybersecurity and threat intelligence
  
  

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to optimally facilitate and drive organizational change
  
  
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), GIAC or equivalent security certifications
