JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about HR, have experience of collaborating with unions and have been an active part of CBA negotiations? Then we might have the perfect role for you!



Right now we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR-team, focusing on the Just Eat Takeaway Delivery business. This is a paternity cover, which will extend through the time period February to July 2024. We expect you to have a solid background within the HR field and have a passion for converting Global HR strategy into execution on a country basis. In addition, we expect you to have extraordinary people skills as well as a strategic mindset.

About the role


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience as an HR Business Partner, who is looking for a development opportunity within a global organisation. You will work as a trusted partner to your functional leaders and support them in the development and deployment of strategies that expertly blend their functional objectives with the needs of our people. In addition to this, you will also be an important part of creating the industrial relations strategy and the CBA negotiations that will take place during this time period.


Hungry for a challenge?


Your primary role in this position will be to plan and execute global HR strategies locally, maintain different local HR operations as well as being an essential part of the Danish CBA negotiations in 2024. In addition, your role will entail:

  • Being a sparring partner and advisor for the senior management members of the functions
  • Co-create and implement the HR/people strategy for the functions in line with the global HR and functional strategies
  • Be an active and driving part of the CBA negotiations with the local union
  • Drive the development of the organisation and leadership teams
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives and projects for the functions in line with the strategy
  • Guide organisational change practises by aligning key partners and driving communication plans


What do we expect?


  • An understanding of HR and 5 years of experience from a similar HR role, for example HR generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Experience of collaborating with unions and participating in CBA negotiations
  • A strong interest for HR and a motivation to learn and work with a broad spectrum of HR-related tasks
  • Excellent people skills and a supportive approach towards all stakeholders
  • Familiar with high volume tasks and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and numerical reasoning
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
