Senior Group HSE Specialist

As our new Senior Group HSE specialist in Group QHSE you will ensure compliance with legal requirements related to the HSE area across our factories, support functions and our stores. You will help Flügger further strengthen the focus on the HSE area and help us prepare for ISO 45001 certification. You will also support the organization in the ongoing work with sustainability.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a standard HSE setup for Flügger sites globally.
• Environmental sustainability management – drive data analysis related to the environmental area.
• Develop and implement a targeted business standard procedure for

• Risk assessments
• Incident handling
• Emergency response plans

• Drive preparation for ISO 45001 certification and secure certification within agreed timeframe
• Machine safety / CE marking
• Chemical management
• Monitor, track and ensure legal compliance for legislation related to HSE area
• Establish and promote a behavior based HSE culture
• Partner with management to integrate HSE to processes and business decisions
• Support, coach and mentor managers while driving accountability for HSE

Your palette

You hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field. On top of that, you have obtained minimum 10 years’ experience from a similar position within a production environment.

Further to that, we hope you:
• Have experience conducting risk assessment in production environments.
• Are certified lead auditor according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Have experience working with environmental legislation related to production environments.
• Have knowledge about sustainability and ESG.
• Seize opportunities, embrace and drive change
• Are fluent written and spoken in English and Danish
• Have good communication and stakeholder skills
• Are proactive and highly action oriented

Also, this role requires some flexibility in terms of travel activities.
