What will you be doing:What will you be doing:You will be helping in the kitchen in three different areas:

Cooking tasks. This includes food prep, daily servings, and catering events. We will expand our kitchen activities to include daily meals from 17 every day, and you will be a part of some of these servings as well as our prepping for our everyday menu (paninis, soup etc.)

Coordinate a group of 10-20 kitchen volunteers. The kitchen is run by a coordination team, that you will be a part of, together with a group of volunteers. The coordination entails being in contact with them about taking kitchen shifts and helping onboarding new people.

Assisting with updating and implementing production and hygiene procedures. This includes making sure we follow Fødevarestyrelsen standards and that we have efficient work routines in the kitchen

Who are you:Who are you:To be a good fit for the position, we expect you to have:

A relevant education, eg. business, administration, nutrition, or service business

Experience with working in a professional kitchen, preferably with plant-based menu items

Knowledge of volunteer coordination

Ability to work in a diverse team

A good financial understanding

Strong English language skills
