Key Responsibilities

• Act as key person & coordinator internally in terms of air freight pricing.
• Create freight calculations and client offers. Request services from relevant departments of the organization to solve client assignments when necessary.
• Coordinate and work closely together with colleagues on customer requests.
• Coordinate and work closely together with air freight country managers for pricing and development of existing customers.
• Ensure proper Gateway and OCFO utilization.
• Prepare monthly pricing analysis and provide market intelligence to commercial and air organizations.
• Support Area Growth Enablement Manger with RFQ pricing.
• Work closely together with internal stakeholder to ensure full visibility of the pricing process and track records.
• Alignment with Area Air Freight Procurement Manager on buying optimization and carrier management.
• Secure proper and high quality utilization of internal Quote and Rate systems.
• Support the Air Freight Product Manager with trade Lane development.
• Rate sheet maintenance of currently contracted business.
• Potential additional tasks appointed by the direct manager.

We are looking for

• Solid experience within logistics and related areas - specially in Air Freight/Forwarding.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently for coordination with stakeholders - stakeholder management and relationship building.
• The selected candidate MUST speak English fluently.
• Passion to drive closures (result orientation) & high-level customer service orientation (customer centricity).
• Well-organized when working under pressure.
• Team player – Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork.
• Abundant knowledge and expertise regarding Air product.
• Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
• Visionary and strategic thinking
• Problem solving skills proactive attitude.
