Your Mission
As R&D Manager, your primary mission is to establish and lead a Group portfolio of R&D projects. Reporting to the Manager of our Group Research and Quality Competence Center, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives that define the future of our organization.

Your Profile
We are looking for an individual who is structured, detail-oriented, and proactive. As a professional, you should hold a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field. With a minimum of five years in cement applied research, including international collaboration, you bring valuable expertise. Proficiency in English is a must. Your adaptability to different business unit cultures and a willingness to travel for a minimum of 30 days per year set you apart.

Cementir Holding operate cement plants in Denmark, Turkey, Egypt, Malaysia, China and North America. Our Quality and R&D function is based at our Research and Quality Centre in Aalborg. Your Mission

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of R&D projects under the GRQCC Manager's guidance.
- Establish a Group R&D project Standard model.
- Provide expert research assistance in cement technology and grey/white cement applications.
- Offer skilled expertise in calcined clay, other SCM, and CO2-reduced cement.
- Lead internal research projects on new green cements.
- Collaborate with universities and research institutes in R&D and product development projects.
- Participate in various research networks and projects.
- Support patenting of new technologies.
- Plan and execute test programs for projects.
- Contribute to scientific committees and the writing/reviewing of relevant scientific papers.
