Do you want to play a key role in developing a Unified Planning system across CMC Development, strengthening the project portfolio management discipline within a growing Drug Development portfolio, then this might be the opportunity for you! In Novo Nordisk CMC Development, we are implementing a Unified Planning system (Planisware), bringing project planning activities into one solution to provide a clearer overview and better understanding of the dependencies/constraints of the project portfolio across CMC Development.The Position
As Product Owner, you will be overall responsible for the Planisware system on behalf of the System and Business Owners, ensuring the system is fit for intended use. This includes collecting and refining inputs from the CMC user organisation, acting as liaison to mature the portfolio management discipline, ensuring an efficient training setup.During system implementation you will be working with the project team to ensure a successful implementation, including training of super users and end users, in close collaboration with the project managers. Following Go-Live, you will take transfer into a more traditional Product Owner role.Your main tasks will be:Continuously improve and develop the Unified Planning system, ensuring it is fit for intended use. Act as liaison to the user organisation, maturing the project portfolio management discipline across CMC. Establish and maintain an efficient training setup for the user community. Ensuring an efficient system management process in collaboration with our Global Service Centre in India. QualificationsThe ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Proven track record (8+ years) within project portfolio management is a must, preferably in a pharmaceutical context. BSc or MSc in a relevant field. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience with Planisware or equivalent planning systems is an advantage, but not a requirement. About the department
