The position In position as Senior Project Manager for Single Use Systems, you will be leading a project team working on strategic initiatives related to Single Use Systems used across Novo Nordisk Aseptic Production facilities. You will work closely together with the manufacturing sites, sourcing, suppliers, process experts and colleagues from the department and will be responsible for:
  • Establishing and maintaining Single Use Systems strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Creating the right governance to ensure that standards are maintained after implementation
  • Setting the direction for your project team ensuring that deliverables and strategies are executed.
  • Creating transparent plans and communicating these to stakeholders.
    • As a project manager you are driven and ambitious, and you thrive in a high paced and dynamic environment where your actions make an impact. You have very strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and you have a good sense of diplomacy whilst still being assertive and able to ensure progress in a complex stakeholder landscape. Furthermore, you are an excellent manager of complex projects and a strong communicator to all levels in the organisation, where you clearly communicate scenarios, impacts and recommendations to the decision makers. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
  • An academic background, probably within engineering, science, pharmacy or another similar relevant scientific field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within project management; this could be within production, development, or other relevant disciplines within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Preferably some relevant experience in Aseptic Production and Single Use Systems.
  • The necessary skills to thrive in a high-pace and dynamic workday, prioritizing and creating transparency for your project, ensuring you at all times keep the overview.
  • Fluency in the English language, oral and written.

Having said that, we expect that you can stay firm when needed in the context of a dynamic environment. Furthermore, some travel will be expected. About the department In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce a large portfolio of products fighting diabetes and obesity worldwide. New Product Introduction consists of about 60 employees divided between 5 teams situated in Bagsværd, Denmark. The main responsibility of the department is the transition of development products into large scale production and market approval. This includes production design, material and process sciences, product stability and coordination of production for late-phase clinical trials. The position is located in New Product Introduction, Product Compatibility, a team of scientist and laboratory technicians working with Product Compatibility across Novo Nordisk portfolio of injectable products.
