About the department
Supply Chain QA comprises 12 highly qualified specialists and professionals who are responsible for overseeing the supply chain within Product supply, at Novo Nordisk. The majority of the tasks are divided into three. One being supporting storage and distribution of GxP materials and finished goods within Product Supply. The other being the handling of quality activities related to our SAP systems and master data, and the final being handling quality related activities for serialization and UDI (Unique Device Identifier).
The job
You will work closely together with colleagues in the department, colleagues from across Novo Nordisk, and external suppliers. A key part of this is the handling of temperature deviations and damage cases during the distribution of our products world-wide. You will be responsible for ensuring that all enquiries from suppliers around the world are handled and allocated efficiently. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust training setup, ensuring correct and timely training of employees in SC QA. Furthermore, you will handle other daily tasks such as updating relevant QMS documents, data trend analysis, Approving quality related documents, and archiving GMP documentation. You will have numerous encounters daily with both internal and external business partners and you should expect a high level of complexity in your daily tasks. You will solve a wide variety of tasks and have great opportunity to be challenged every day.
As SC QA is responsible for distribution of products world-wide, you will be working with people from different cultures and facilitate cross-cultural solutions, taking the local conditions into consideration. Qualifications You hold an academic degree in e.g. chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmacy, or similar. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. As we are cooperating broadly with many stakeholders (internal in NN, affiliates, and customers across the world), good collaboration and communication skills are needed, and you must be proficient in English. As a person, you are known for your positive mind-set and for being structure and organized. You take responsibility for your assignments, and you are solution oriented and exhibit a pragmatic attitude when solving complex issues leading you to find constructive solutions. Quality Mind-set is an integrated part of your personality, and you can balance compliance and product quality when making decisions and can stay firm when needed to secure the quality and compliance aspects. Since you will work in an international organisation with many internal and external stakeholders your ability to communicate clear and collaborate is highly required.
