The Position
As an Automation Supporter, you will help us with production execution system SattLine (Process Control System). You will have an opportunity to become part of upgrading and further developing our production IT platform. As you will be working with production, you will have broad opportunities to develop your skills and engage in hands-on experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Your task as an Automation Supporter will be to:
• Support our daily operations to secure the effective execution of our production processes
• Develop and programme new system updates to optimise our production processes
• Qualify & document system changes
• Analyse and identify possible process and system optimisations
• Develop plans for the updates and carry out testing to ensure the change has the desired effect. You would be working closely with other colleagues across the production, getting to know precisely why and how things do what they do. As a result, you will gain valuable experience in an ambitious environment where good ideas change people's lives. You will support production with your colleagues by using your expertise when they need help with problem-solving. Qualifications
• Educational background within Computer Science or automation
• Experience with Sattline or other ABB-systems
• Experience in programming production-related systems
• Previous work experience with GMP environment or Pharma Production We are looking for a person who can work independently and have a solid drive to get things done on time and collaborate with team colleagues. We value problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively. About the department Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (PS API) produce medicine for more than 30 million people living with diabetes and other chronic diseases. We are counting more than 4000 employees across different geographical locations. More specifically, you will be part of Insulin Manufacturing I (IM1) – Fermentation & Recovery – Cleaning & Automation. The Cleaning & Automation team ensures among other that all automated production processes are running effectively, working optimally, and are configured towards the best possible productivity and quality.
Days in the Cleaning & Automation support-team are rarely the same, and your workdays will be diverse with a mix of both daily operations, troubleshooting, support to projects and sparring with colleagues and peers in other parts of the organisation.
