Do you want to be a part of the development of future Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) setup for injectables finish project in Novo Nordisk? Are you good at coordinating projects and managing stakeholders to ensure focus on strategic priorities and efficient execution? Then you might be the right candidate for a job as Project Manager in our Analytical Competence Centre. The position We are currently looking for a skilled Project Manager to be part of the journey of implementation of new technologies and methods for CCIT from early phase to decommissioning. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for internal & external stakeholder management as well as acting as the one-point of entry for external business partners and CMO’s. You will contribute with project overview, coordination, and be a part of the general strategy. Qualifications To be successful in the role we expect you to have:
  • A Master of Science degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science or similar.
  • Project management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of documentation required in connection with development of analytical methods.
  • Understanding of LEAN principles and ability to apply LEAN concepts is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration- and communication skills as well as stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English. If you do not yet speak Danish, you have the willingness to learn.
  • On a personal level you bring a team-player attitude that motivates others around you, and you find it natural to establish new relationships across teams and departments. About the department The Analytical Competence Centre is a department in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development and consists of plus 60 employees organised in 4 teams. We have a central support function in relation to chemical analysis of Novo Nordisk IFP under development, as well as our marketed products. The department is responsible for validation of analytical methods before clinical phase 3 and for the following transfer of the analytical methods to our QC laboratories across the world. We also support our colleagues globally with analytical knowledge and scientific help as well as drive optimisation of the analytical methods. Furthermore, the department has recently started on a journey involving testing and implementing fast analytical techniques that can reduce the lead time for analysis with the ambitious long-term goal of real time release testing of diabetes and obesity finished products.
