What you will be doing As a Cloud Architect, you will be an integral member of the Data Harmonisation Layer (DHL) Agile team. DHL is a global platform designed for easier connectivity and harmonisation of data from various Operational Technology (OT) data sources across Novo Nordisk production facilities. DHL makes data easily accessible to develop several front-end Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) products to help improve our production processes. Key technologies used in DHL are Ignition and AWS. Your main responsibilities include: Contributing to all activities from technical concept definition to solution maintenance and operations Continually improving technical architecture and integrity of the solution Providing the necessary guidance to take informed decisions about the technology Collaborating and engaging with other architects and align to ensure consistency Working with end-user representatives and ensuring the usability and functionality of the respective technology Working with the Agile teams to understand and guiding enabler work and empowering the Agile teams towards technical agility Contributing in Agile events such as Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) We are looking for
An ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. On a professional level, you have: A master’s degree in computer science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or other relevant fields 5+ years of experience as an Architect in large international organization Solid understanding or hands-on experience with conceptualizing, strategizing, and architecting AWS Cloud solutions Experience in Big data, IoT or streaming technologies i.e., Kafka, Spark Experience in designing and building Large Scale Data pipelines for Streaming and batch data sources Excellent communication skills, with strong English fluency On a personal level, you are: Able to set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation Able to translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities Not afraid to speak up and stand firm on agreed direction when faced with adversity Excellent stakeholder management skills Structured and focused on driving outcomes Demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to changes Able to hold self and others accountable Good at delegating and empowering others to take action The team waiting for you You will be part of the Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) department.
