Are you interested in playing an essential role in ensuring and facilitating effective and compliant training in Novo Nordisk Quality? And do you want to be a part of implementing and securing a highly effective and meaningful training-setup as well as supporting the business in the development of competences and training content? Then you might be the right person for this job! The position As Senior Quality Training Professional, you will deliver training to enhance competencies across a growing organisation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering curriculum and learning material as well as managing all phases of scheduling and offering of new training programmes. Hence, you will be co-responsible for our upcoming learning page, gathering all our training offerings. The Senior Quality Training Professional will collaborate with our Quality areas, training partners, Process Managers, and management to determine training needs and obtain necessary knowledge to develop required training programmes, which will secure effective, efficient, and compliant training. Your main responsibilities will be: Designing, developing, and deliver training in a variety of formats; classroom training, virtual training, and eLearning Continuously evaluate existing training offerings as well as the need for new training initiatives in collaboration with management to assess opportunities for improvement Coordinate training activities with dedicated instructors and secure updated training curricula to balance supply and demand Create and foster collaborative customer relationships by focusing on customer needs and responding to training-related questions/issues Ensure right level of communication to the organisation regarding new training initiatives You will be part of a small team working towards harmonization and optimisation of training offered by Quality across SVP areas. You are anchored in Bagsværd but will collaborate with stakeholders from all around the world and will spend significant time in an office and training environment. Qualifications To succeed as a Senior Quality Training Professional, you insist that learning solutions always should be kept simple, practicable, and interesting to engage the learners. Furthermore: Master’s degree in Pharmacy or similar master's degree within medicine- or health sciences with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry - It is an advantage if you have experience with Quality Assurance within Aseptic production or API production to share real-life examples to the participants Experienced with delivering training for both small and larger scale audience face-to-face and virtual Passionate about keeping-up with requirements and ensure to pass on right level of knowledge by tailoring training material in existing and new training programme Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage others in the training environment as well as presenting new training initiatives for Quality Management Exceptional time-management and organizational skills Fluency in English and Danish both written and spoken As it is a new position and a newly established part of the organisation it is an advantage if you have experience with assessing learning needs, implement communication plans and project management. The Department The department was established during spring 2022 where the first goal was to establish a QA programme with an accelerated learning journey for newly graduated candidates across our areas in Novo Nordisk Quality. The departments responsibilities are now increasing to include governance of NNQ offered training and offering of more central training activities across NN. Hence, with the teams growing responsibilities new training roles are being established. As a team, we have a huge network across the organisation working closely together with Global Training, local training coordinators in QA, Executive Office, HR, Talent Acquisition, and the Quality Areas which makes our working day diverse and exiting.
