If so, you could be our new Senior Manager heading up our project office in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development (ManDev) Site Support & Improvements (SSI). The Position You will be leading a newly established team of project managers. The projects out of this team are supporting IFP sites world-wide related to the current strategy in IFP. This is where Site support & Improvements come to live. Improvement ideas fostered by the sites or from our improvement team are implemented on a global scale. This is where project portfolio management and project coordination will be anchored across the different project teams in the department. Your main responsibilities will include to: Set the direction for the teams ensuring that the prioritisations and strategies are executed so the department can keep the overview and always prioritise deliverables.
Be part of setting the strategy and the direction for the department, together with the rest of the management team.
Be responsible for the development of the employees and team, to ensure we can improve the way we work in a project organisation.
The position has a high stakeholder collaboration across the project organisation and can expect to work closely with SSI subject. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An academic degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar.
Solid leadership background within development, production, or project management of larger complex projects.
Experience leading employees of different seniority levels and different stakeholders.
Knowledge of sound project management toolbox or experience in working in a matrix organisation.
Professional proficiency in English.

You have the ability for seeing the bigger picture and able to keep the eye on the ball in collaboration with stakeholders. About the Department We are expanding, as are our complexity. This department in SSI is newly established, and the Project team is also a newly established team. The department consist of 4 teams of highly skilled and motivated employees. Our mission is to support and develop all the marketed IFP products, with focus on optimizing the processes and capacity.
