We are looking for an experienced Transformation & Communication Partner to help shaping the voice of the Global Data Office and developing our stakeholder relations to accelerate the data transformation of Novo Nordisk.
This is an opportunity to work in one of the strategic areas of Novo Nordisk Digital, Data & IT with a focus on implementing data management technologies, processes, and solutions with a high attention to data governance.

As part of the Global Data Office you would engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to create a strong brand in the organisation and drive change management activities to foster the data culture and literacy. As a Transformation & Communication Partner, you’ll be diving into a broad variety of strategic and operational communication activities, incl. change communication projects, organisational communication, and content creation for various communication channels in Novo Nordisk and beyond.
You will be working in close collaboration with the Novo Nordisk Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Communication team with a dotted line to the head of DD&IT Communication. Furthermore, you will be part of a broader community of communicators and change management consultants across DD&IT.
Key tasks include:Identify key stakeholders and partners across Line of Business, define communication plan and build relationships Storytelling: identify and frame stories that bring our vision to life and that strengthen our reputation Identify target audiences and create engaging content and campaigns across various channels e.g., Yammer, SharePoint, LinkedIn etc. to reach target audiences effectively Manage employer branding initiatives to attract talent to the Global Data Office based on the Novo Nordisk Digital, Data & IT Talent Value Proposition and visual identity Advice and support change management professionals in the Global Data Office, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure that all team members are working effectively and efficiently Develop and maintain the Global Data Office SharePoint presence
We need a key team member who can develop and promote the Global Data Office’s value proposition and execute a relevant communication strategy based on stakeholder analysis and management. We would expect you to stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in marketing and communications and share knowledge and expertise with the rest of the organisation.
What are we looking for
When thinking about the ideal fit for this role, we would like to find a great team player with strong strategic capabilities and demonstrated experience in analysing complex situations and translate them into a change management communication plans while having the skills to turn complex technical facts into compelling and easy understandable stories in text and visuals.
In addition, you can translate business priorities into the most effective communication plan, able to execute it. You have strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead across a matrix organisation without authority, building a strong networking, and outside the box thinking, always eager to launch and implement new ideas.
To be eligible for the role, you hold:Bachelor’s or MBA / MA degree in Communications or Social Sciences or Political Sciences, or Digital & Media from a University or well recognized institute 5+ years of experience in a relevant industry in a similar role with a proven track record in brand building and multi-channel communication Excellent communication skills in advanced spoken and written English Great project management and change management skills Proficient in crafting PowerPoint Presentations and content creation on SharePoint. Graphic design with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator would be a plus Experience in working in Life Sciences / Pharma Experience or in Data & Analytics would be an advantage
As a person, you are persistent and capable of collaborating and communicating with different stakeholders, leadership teams, employees, customers, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams. You are experienced in design thinking and leading workshops with multiple stakeholders.

Global Data Office is one of the newer departments in Novo Nordisk. Created to support the intelligent, creative use of vast amounts of connected data can generate new kinds of value, new levels of patient-centricity, and much faster reactions to changing circumstances and new know-how. Focusing on data value also enables us to use our hard-won know-how and resources to do a whole lot more, a whole lot more effectively – and to do it quicker and easier. That will mean all our jobs become easier, as well as more satisfying.
Global Data Office designs and builds the new mindsets, governance frameworks, data enablement procedures and training programmes needed to implement these breakthrough opportunities throughout our organisation. We’re situated in Bagsværd, Denmark as a centralised function established to facilitate and support Novo Nordisk’s digital transformation across lines of business.
