The position As a Portfolio Manager, you will need to understand the value of each course/programme, what it provides that is unique for our customers, and necessary for the business. You will also understand how to reach our customers and assists with the creation of campaigns to promote the portfolio/ Centre of Excellence (CoE) objectives. In this role, you will be responsible to:
  • Drive measurements of portfolio success, i.e. CSAT/customer satisfaction and business impact measurements.
  • Address challenges/opportunities in our business model, e.g. funding, resources and demand/capacity planning, including identifying both synergies and gaps in our portfolio, making proposals to eliminate redundancy, and recommend action based on customer inputs.
  • Coordinate to ensure accurate price estimation and operational budget health and transparency for CoE programme owners.
  • Support on the planning/coordination part of key programmes incl. planning the portfolio calendar year and ensuring a good coordination and timing of programmes across.
  • Drive demand management in close coordination with vendors to ensure good governance regarding extension, expansion, and off-boarding of vendors mobilised for CoE deliveries.
  • Qualifications You hold a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field and may have portfolio management experience. Furthermore, to be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional experience in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle various data sets.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs.
  • Good communication skills, and ability to interact professionally and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong level of independency and proactivity, comfortable in taking the initiative and lead on tasks.
  • As a person, you are self-driven, curious, and a great collaborator. You can challenge the status quo and enjoy looking for opportunities for improvement. You can both hold and understand the bigger picture while also diving into the details. About the department You will be part of our Talent, Learning and D&I Centre of Excellence (CoE) residing in Global People & Organisation (P&O) in Novo Nordisk. You will join a global CoE with approx. 50 dedicated colleagues based in different locations across the world.
