The position
As a Regional Employer Brand Activation Lead, you act as a subject matter expert and advisor on employer branding tactics, tools, channels and vendors associated with the successful execution of talent attraction strategies, thereby ensuring our employer brand is brought to life in a consistent, market fit and impactful manner across prioritised markets within a region. You will also contribute to efficient employer branding processes and ways of working, maximising our business impact as global CoE ( Center of Excellence), as well as drive/support identification and onboarding of preferred vendors at regional/country level.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Advise and support on localisation of standardized, global concepts for maximum relevance and impact within region/key markets. Advise and support on employer brand activation strategies and execution, including asset creation. Drive and safeguard quality and efficiency in recruitment marketing campaigns across the region. Drive and safeguard consistency and high quality in job ads within region. Ensure data collection and analysis related to prioritised EB (Employer Branding) campaign activities within region. The scope of the role is regional with a base in our Polish office ideally. There will be lots of flexibility to work virtually/from home part of the time. However, it’s important to build and nurture a connect with Novo Nordisk colleagues and culture. The role will require some travel in connection with workshops in our Headquarter in Denmark or regional/ global initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Have 5+ years of experience working with marketing, branding, coms (preferably related to talent attraction) and particular experience with campaign management across geographies (from international marketing agency/consultancy or industrial company) Ideally BA or other academic degree in business, marketing, branding, communications As a person, you enjoy working both independently and as a team. You have a high degree of cultural agility and an international mindset, and you speak and write English fluently, enabling you to manage stakeholders and work efficiently with colleagues across cultures. You approach tasks with structure, insights and a positive “can do” attitude, and you thrive in a context where it’s sometimes necessary to learn by doing. We expect you to bring curiosity, respect and care and we promise to give you the same.

You will join the Global Employer Branding & Onboarding Centre of Excellence team, consisting of experienced, dedicated, and passionate employees from a range of professional backgrounds (HR, Communication, Business Development, Marketing & Natural Sciences). We use our differences to create and develop innovative approaches and high-quality solutions to attract the best talents to Novo Nordisk globally.
