Are you passionate about change management and experienced in driving IT transformation projects? Do you enjoy translating the gap between IT systems and business processes, while setting direction for how to close the gap? Would you like to play a primary role in driving our area through a complex transformation of our manufacturing execution system (MES) and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems? If the answer is yes, then we have the perfect position for you! Come join us as our new System Transformation Lead, along with the business unit’s project managers, to drive the transformation of ERP and MES solutions across our area. The position As System Transformation Lead, you will be driving the migration of SAP ECC to S/4 HANA and the upgrade of PAS-X across our area, covering manufacturing, sourcing, and contract manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include to: Scope project activities to be performed before, during and after the system transformations, covering process changes, training need, documentation updated, organisational readiness etc Define and implement a project organisation to drive the transformations, at various levels of the organisation Drive stakeholder and change management, primarily towards senior management Be the point of contact to central IT organisation/transformation programmes in charge of the technical system development Ensure project governance covering progress monitoring, status reporting etc. Due to the global scope of this position, some travels might be required in Denmark (approximately once per month) and abroad (once per year). Qualifications To be considered for this role, we expect you to: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Technology Engineering, IT, Business Administration or any other relevant field Possess several years of experience initiating and driving large IT transformation projects as well as being familiar with SAP (S/4 Hana and/or ECC) Come from regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, automotive) and understand production or manufacturing facilities Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills that allow you to engage with stakeholders at different levels and from all parts of the organisation to bring them along Be fluent in English, both written and spoken. As a person, you are a team player, but at the same time possess an independent drive, and have a can-do mindset. You will have a sharp strategic mind, taking a big-picture overview whilst also paying attention to detail. You can quickly comprehend business processes and IT solutions, while being able to handle and simplify complexity. You have a structured and transparent way of working. And last, but not least, you are really excited about joining our journey of transforming our business through modern technology. About the department Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) is an area with more than 2,400 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran, and Russia. CSDS is responsible for device, needle, contract, and local manufacturing, as well as sourcing and sustainability across Product Supply. This covers a wide range of functions such as bringing new devices from Research & Development into production, manufacturing, and sourcing device components and needles and managing many contract manufacturing organizations. You will join CSDS Business Support as a System Transformation Lead in the CSDS IT & Digitalisation Department, which works to set direction and strategically develop IT and digital use across our area.
