The position We are looking for an automation supporter who will be part of a team of 12 who handle the day-to-day operating support for our production facilities, which consists of a filling and packaging plant with more than 70 full automated systems. Together with the team and in collaboration with our end-user, you will help to ensure that production runs optimally and that we always work according to the applicable legal requirements. As we have a great focus on IT compliance, documentation tasks will take up part of your daily assignments. You will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the IT systems and automation equipment, which involves troubleshooting on our production facilities software. You will participate in qualification of IT and automation changes; this will also include updating documentation. You will have the opportunity to participating in projects to elevate old as well as new IT systems to today's standards. Your working day will be varied and sometimes jam-packed, as the IT system and automation equipment are essential for the production. You will handle your assignments in close dialogue with many employee groups both inside and outside the department, where you will play central role. Together with your colleagues, you will be part of an on-call duty roster meaning that you will be supporting users with their issues 24/7 - mostly over the phone. Qualifications You have a degree at minimum Bachelor-level within IT, Automation, Technology, Process Engineering or similar or you have more than 3 ears' experience within IT & Automation support. It is an advantage if you have knowledge about Siemens PLCs, IT infrastructure, SCADA (iFIX) and servers in a Windows domain environment. It will be considered an added advantage, if you are familiar with GMP rules with a focus on IT compliance, as well as understanding documentation, configuration management and IT systems qualification. But most important, you are eager to learn. You are fluent in Danish (both written and spoken) and are proficiency in English. As a person, you are social and positive by nature. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and you like to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. You are used to collaborating and communicating across different professional areas in a complex stakeholder landscape and you have the capability of handling a high workload without losing the overview. About the department The department provides IT & Automation support for our aseptic filling and packaging facilities in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse DK. The department is part of Global Digital, Data & IT which also covers other facility. You will be part of an IT/OT support team with has 12 support people in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse.
