In Novo Nordisk IFP, we are on a continuous journey to innovate and bring in new technical solutions to our aseptic process. We are looking for a QA to take part in this as project QA, and ensure that quality is build into innovation projects from start to finish. Does this sound like a role for you? Then you might be the person we are looking for in QA for IFP ManDev (Injectable Finished Products, Manufacturing Development). The position
As project QA, you will ensure that projects have early Q involvement and set the right balanced quality levels, to ensure that we continue to deliver high quality processes. The innovation and technology projects are focused on aseptic production lines, and surrounding processes. Focus of the projects, is to increase effectiveness, simplify or ensure regulatory compliance. Alongside working with projects, this role also includes review and approval of documents within our area of responsibility, “products” and “processes” for aseptic manufacturing. Within this responsibility we ensure that quality and compliance is upheld for all drug product sites producing diabetes and obesity products. We set direction and approve documents within ex. product specifications, compatibility of process aids and primary packaging and stability studies.
To succeed in this role, you will use your strong communication and social skills, to set quality direction for stakeholders and be a present character on the shopfloor. The role requires proactive oversight and the will to identify and ensure improvements for the area.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar
• Solid GMP experience from pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with project work.
• Being a self-driven, proactive, and resourceful person
• Ability to set the right and balanced quality standards and ensure compliance within regulatory requirements
• Thriving in a dynamic environment where collaboration and communication with many different stakeholders will be crucial for your success
About the department
You will become part of a great department with many interfaces around the organisation, both in Denmark and our international production sites. The department consists of 40 people divided into three teams, “Products & Processes”, “QC” and “Support”. The department consists of highly knowledgeable and skilled people, covering the diverse area of ManDev.
