Do you want to contribute to one of the greatest continuous improvement journeys and create the best cLEAN® Academy in Novo Nordisk? Are you motivated by building strong governance structures, optimising processes, delivering value adding services to a global organisation and addressing concrete business challenges. Novo Nordisk´s cLEAN® Academy is on the door step of launching new materials, classes and Leadership Programmes to the international production sites, and the central Academy will play a key role in ensuring effective and seamless services to the local cLEAN® communities. We need a new Programme Manager to join our team, and it could be you! The Position As cLEAN ® Academy Programme Manager, you will be responsible for creating sustainable governance (incl. standards, structures, processes, roles & responsibilities internally and externally) to ensure that the cLEAN ® Academy and its offerings are provided to the global organisation. In collaboration with the local cLEAN® organisation, you will identify all tasks needed to provide cLEAN® classes the local target group. You will then describe these tasks in such a way that an external service provider can manage the daily administration and support of the local classes. You will work closely with the Programme Manager of other courses provided by the central training organisation, and be part of the team overall responsible for the cLEAN® Academy. Your tasks will include:
  • Managing (creating & maintaining) simple, effective and professional processes to ensure administrative services to local cLEAN® training organisations and the global community
  • Overseeing the execution of administrative tasks by an external service provider
  • Managing development of physical training materials and ensuring availability for local cLEAN® Trainers
  • Communication to the global cLEAN® organisation
  • Assess local needs related to cLEAN® training and implementation of the cLEAN® Supply System, and build new services to provides these in a professional manner
  • Evaluating the governance structures, processes, Academy offerings in collaboration with the central cLEAN® teams (Academy owner, cLEAN® Supply System Owner)
  • Work closely with and support the global cLEAN® Trainer corps and cLEAN Partners
  • Drive & participate in relevant cLEAN® communities of practice across Novo Nordisk
  • In this position, you can expect to support a broad variety of stakeholders globally and to have a big impact on how the training organisation and cLEAN® Academy supports the implementation of the cLEAN® Supply System and provides targeted and value adding services to line of business. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related discipline
  • Project and/or programme management experience
  • Operate with no supervision in a highly complex environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Highly structured with a clear sense of how to optimise work flows and oversee operation of administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
  • International work experience (pharma is plus)
  • Fluency in English and Danish written and verbal
  • As a person you have a structured approach to challenges, excellent communication skills and the ability to set directions and build strong relationship with stakeholders. You have and international and intercultural mindset, and you know how to involve yourself in the mindset and needs of your customers and stakeholders. About the Department The position is in the team Training Technologies & Standards (TT&S), which is anchored in the Global People & Organisation (HR), in the department of Training & Capability Building, consisting of 100+ training professionals. We focus specifically on the job specific training supporting employees working within the regulated production areas in Product Supply, Quality & IT. The cLEAN® Academy is anchored within TT&S as a small team with strong cLEAN® capabilities and services towards line of business and the cLEAN® community. TT&S is globally responsible for the training standards used in the production areas, competence development offerings to the global training organisation and LoB, development of digital content such as videos and e-learning, and the use technologies such as AR and VR in regulated training. The team consists of experienced Learning & Development Consultants and Training Developers responsible for setting direction and supporting the global training organisation and the end users at the local production sites.
