Are you an experienced and passionate people leader with a keen interest in LEAN, operational excellence, data and digitalisation? Would you like to play a key role in setting direction for a LEAN culture across a manufacturing site? Can you establish and drive digitalisation roadmap and efforts in close collaboration with key stakeholders to support strategic deliverables? Then maybe you are ready to be our new Manager in cLEAN and Digitalisation. The Position As Manager you will take on a key role in our organisation and together with your team and key stakeholders drive the LEAN and digitalisation strategy at the site. The LEAN & Digitalisation team supports departments across the site and collaborates with several functions globally and locally. Therefore, you will ensure ongoing dialog, collaboration and strengthening of our business partnering with all your stakeholders, to obtain alignment, foresee and mitigate potential challenges. You will report to the Senior Director of Business Support, and be a part of a strong leadership team. The team consists of a approx. 15 employees spanning from Process Digitalisation Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientist and a team of cLEAN Partners. The team is highly ambitious and diverse and are known to have a strong culture of respect, innovation and fun. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Motivating, leading, and setting directions for your team members and support and utilize the synergies of the diverse team

  • Drive LEAN and Digitalisation across the site while also engaging with similar units across other sites to share best practises.

  • Building and maintaining strong collaborations with your stakeholders.

  • Ensuring that all activities of the team are continuously aligned with business needs and goals.

  • Applying a continuous improvement mindset to ensure that LEAN standards, production systems and digitalisation solutions are optimized to meet business needs.

  • Moreover, to truly understand what adds value and makes a difference for your key stakeholders, you and the team spend most time on the shop floor at the factory and with colleagues from the line of business. In collaboration with leaders across the site, you will be accountable for ensuring that all business areas are successfully able to work with LEAN Leadership. In addition, your LEAN team will be responsible for different improvement projects, LEAN training programs, and coaching at all levels. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A bachelor or master’s degree within engineering, supply chain, or similar.

  • Knowledge of GMP, LEAN manufacturing implementation and process improvement.

  • Experience with digital and data change management.

  • Leadership experience though direct line management and/ or leading project managers.

  • Fluent communication in English, Danish is an advantage.

  • With a strategic outlook, you are able to look at the broader picture, coach and provide guidance to those you lead. You are systematic and a clear communicator and you thrive working autonomous whilst still in close collaboration with our partners. In busy periods, you are able to keep the overview and set direction through aligned priorities. About the Department You will be part of Injectable Finished Products, Site Bagsværd (IFP BA), which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 800 employees working day and night to produce products for patients around the world. The LEAN & Digitalisation team is anchored in Business Support which is a department with approx. 70 employees working within project management, supply chain, finance, training, facility management, amongst others.
