As Global Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a team of 9 within the Aseptic Production (AP) Reliability Execution in Asset Management and Platform Performance in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), Product Supply (PS) department. You will be working together with your colleagues with various equipment, taking preventive actions as well as driving improvement initiatives and optimisations across the filling production. You will join the journey of ramp up, increasing the capacity of our filling production lines to support the sites globally! Your key responsibilities will include: Implementing improvement initiatives and helping in upskilling your co-workers
Ensuring the stability of our production equipment across Novo Nordisk global sites
Systematic problem-solving, driving optimal performance of the filling equipment’s and defining strategy for reliable line setup
Completing documentation utilising a high level of detail
Moreover, you can expect to cooperate with many different stakeholders at various levels across the organisation. This position gives a great opportunity to collaborate with the sites in Denmark, US, Brazil, China, and France. In this role significant number of travels can be anticipated. Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has experience working with various stakeholders in a global setting. Our ideal candidate is a great communicator who has a can-do attitude combined with problem-solving skills.
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have: An academic degree within mechanical engineering or similar field
Understanding of how mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning and tolerances can influence manufacturing process and an experience using this knowledge to improve performance
Filling experience within preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing process. However, any experience with GMP or working in a highly regulated environment such as the biotech, or food industry, precision mechanics or aviation will be also considered
Experience with isolators will be considered an advantage
Professional proficiency in English

IFP AMPP is an organizational unit in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), which is the largest production area in Novo Nordisk.
