Are you passionate about driving change and improving digital training tools to strengthen Health and Safety performance in Novo Nordisk? The Position
Are you a passionate Instructional E-Learning Designer with flair for Project Management? Are you familiar with Health & safety? In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing e-learning training programs for our employees. All projects are developed in collaboration with a Training Partner and/or Instructional Designer, and with the support of your team colleagues and other Digital Training Developers, but you will often be the primary responsible developer for an e-learning course until it is ready for publication. The primary target froup consist of the Operators, Supporters, Laboratory Technicians and their Managers at our production´s sites, and all solutions ain at providing optimal support of their competence development and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and design e-learning courses and modules using instructional design models and principles
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop course content and assessments that meet learning objectives and compliance requirements
• Manage e-learning projects from start to finish, including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance
• Use learning management systems (LMS) to deliver, track, and report on e-learning courses and performance metrics
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of e-learning courses to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
• Stay current with e-learning trends, technologies, and best practices in Health & Safety training Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, e-learning, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or project management
• Basic Knowledge about Health & Safety
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management system (LMS)
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently as well as teamplayer and manage multiple projects simultaneously
You are excellent at seeing tasks from a helicopter perspective and can “lean” them. You are familiar with an agile IT setup and probably an Excel ‘super-user’ and work comfortably with other MS Office tools.
As a person, you are structured and have good analytical skills. You communicate well with different job groups and build good relations with colleagues and stakeholders. You take ownership of a task from planning to execution and follow-up, but you also enjoy working in a team towards common goals.
English is our corporate language, and hence it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently.
