If so, then you might be our next Project Coordinator we are looking for to join our Network Partner Team in Corporate Infrastructure in Denmark! What’s in it for you? As a Project Coordinator in Corporate Infrastructure at Novo Nordisk, you will be part of an existing project team, that handles a large portfolio of both small and large IT infrastructure projects in Novo Nordisk. We work with IT infrastructure projects, such as WAN/LAN/Wireless deployment projects. Some exciting things you will get to work on include:
  • Acting as a service broker / project coordinator between our network team and engineers, electricians, building management and others involved in the IT infrastructure projects
  • Rolling out deployment project of new IT infrastructure and refresh of our end-of-life network devices
  • Ensuring that the projects proceed as planned, deadlines met and that you communicate with many different professional groups
  • Coordinating between various stakeholders, both internal and external partners, to ensure that tasks are performed on time
  • Handling status reports and finances/budget for your projects
    • The workplace is at our Headquarter in Bagsværd, however, meetings may occur at other locations. Besides, please be advised, that our department will move to Ballerup during 2024. Which competencies to bring? To be a strong candidate for this position, we have an idea that you will possess many to most of these:
  • Skilled in project coordination and have experience from working in global organizations
  • Experience, good understanding and/or hands-on experience in the conception and implementation of IT infrastructure projects in various facilities
  • Knowledge about Routing, switching & wireless networking services
  • Familiarity with IT Infrastructure, IT operation processes, understanding of WAN, LAN, Wireless network, knowledge of Asset Management and Life Cycle Management of network devices are considered as advantage
  • Strong, professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
    • On a personal level you are a strong and proactive team player who can approach people using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style with both internal and external stakeholders. Besides, you have high work ethics and perseverance, along with a solution-oriented approach to your work, that enables you to be at the forefront of any unforeseen challenges. What team to join The position is based in Cloud and Corporate infrastructure. Part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 200+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. Corporate Infrastructure consists of several teams of highly skilled and dedicated employees responsible for the network architecture and future development of the administrative network in Novo Nordisk. You will be a part of the Global Network Partner team, where we are 24 people in Denmark and India. The Network Partner Team works with WAN, LAN, and Wireless IT infrastructure projects, which is why your work will be focused on both replacement and expansion of the network components, installed in all our buildings - both nationally and globally.
