In AskHR, LEAN is more than just a set of tools. It is a culture and a mindset that are continuously developed in our organization. As our new LEAN partner, you will be part of a newly established team of 8-10 engaged employees skilled in a mix of LEAN, data science, project management, GDPR, training and strategy. You will drive step changes by driving, telling, teaching, and coaching our managers and employees in step changes. You will be a key player for our LEAN development, including the strategy, and together with your team you will drive the LEAN agenda in AskHR. Your focus will be to improve the LEAN toolbox, project management and take ownership in deploying the P&O strategy. Your day will consist of: Embodying and catalysing a culture of scientific thinking, continuous improvement, and LEAN project management behaviours. Driving and supporting strategy and ensuring anchoring into daily business activities. Identifying focus areas for process improvements in our department and driving and supporting execution at department level. Using data to drive a change and to prioritize the next optimization project. Driving relevant optimization projects, focused on shopfloor coaching at all organisational levels and educate our managers in our LEAN standards such as performance boards, systematic problem solving and process confirmation. Together with your team, you will manage and support projects from start to end and ensuring the projects are implemented, anchored, and create value for the business. Qualifications You hold a higher education, possess LEAN experience and knowledge of optimizing and improving processes by yourself and through others. To be successful in this role you: Hold an academic degree with a relevant subject matter (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management). Have proficiency in the LEAN toolbox, supported by experience in operational excellence within daily operations. Are comfortable in engaging and proactively advising stakeholders at all levels of the organization and are good at motivating people for a change. Possess strong strategic and analytical skills, persistent by nature and with a “can-do-attitude”. Are fluent in English and can communicate orally in Danish. Are familiar with LEAN tools and thinking way like Hoshin Kanri, Kata coaching, A3, Value stream mapping, Yamazumi, SMED and you have a strong data mind-set. You are a team player but are not scared of working on your own when you coach and challenge leaders or collecting data in the production. You are an inspiration to those around you but also manage to challenge the people around you in an empathic and respectful way. You do not back down when people challenge you and people see you as a front runner. About the department
