As a Communications Lead, you will play a vital role in setting the future direction of ’s communication efforts to meet the growing and differentiated needs of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the formulation and implementation of communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization. Leading internal communication efforts to effectively integrate new transformational endeavors within the company. Managing stakeholders and identifying training needs to support the delivery of appropriate training. Quantifying potential risks associated with the change program and tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of change management initiatives. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:Proven experience in communications, with a focus on influencing beliefs and perceptions. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Experience in change management and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement communication strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. About the department
