As a Senior Launch Project Manager at , you will have the following responsibilities:Secure the roll-out plan and launch speed, ensuring all launch pre-requisites are in place in a timely manner. Take ownership of timely launches through cross-functional collaboration with various departments, including Regulatory Affairs, Sourcing Operations, Production sites, Quality, Shipping, Global Marketing, and Affiliates. Adapt to the high volatility and rapid change in launch coordination, frequently re-planning and adjusting strategies. Contribute to the strive for simplicity and robustness in product availability planning and participate in standardisation projects. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:Several years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, and familiarity with planning systems such as SAP APO or OMP. A relevant university degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships within a global organization. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in production management and planning. The ability to take responsibility for complex tasks involving multiple stakeholders and make wise decisions independently. About the Department
The Supply Chain Mid-term Planning department is responsible for launches of new products and tactical/strategic Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). We ensure supply chain resilience and network optimization for . Our diverse team of around 50 colleagues from over 10 different nationalities brings together various educational backgrounds.
