The position Due to expansion within the department, we welcome a Wash & Sterilization Specialist within the Supply & Formulation department in Injectable Finished Products (IFP). You will join our leadership team and will report directly to the Senior Director to work strategically and support the team and production with W&S processes. As part of supporting the department, your leadership and expertise will be key when on the shopfloor, offering process support and guidance to our operators. Your responsibilities will include: Being a key role in decision making alongside the management group regarding W&S processes and new equipment Active involvement in the process groups for IFP as well as participating in performance board, management board and support team meetings Supporting projects and resources across the department and offering sparring and coaching Supporting the W&S digitalization journey across the department Actively participating in skill development initiatives within the Site BA specialist forum as well as driving Future Site BA with new equipment to come in Wash & Sterilization In this role, some number of international travels can be expected.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An Academic Degree within Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences or similar Several years of experience within W&S equipment and processes and/ or other production areas within the pharmaceutical industry An interest and knowledge in digitalization and new technologies Stakeholder management skills and experience in working cross functionally and globally Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be considered an advantage Moreover, you have great interpersonal skills that allow you to take the lead to get an overview of cross-functional projects. You see yourself as self-driven, curious and thrive taking on new challenges whilst working closely with your team. Additionally, you are excellent in problem-solving. About the department At Supply and Formulation within IFP, site Bagsværd, we have a team of 180 employees from various professional backgrounds, including operators, repair technicians, and support staff. Our department is responsible for supporting the sterilization equipment, W&S processes for our production, as well as supporting our formulation process. Within the W&S department, you will collaborate closely with 1 other W&S Specialist and will report directly to the Senior Director. There are 23 supporters within the team with various levels of experience.
