Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing and Devices (CSD) Sourcing QA is responsible for quality assurance of raw materials and packaging materials going into all of Novo Nordisk A/S marketed products. We are responsible for quality assurance of our suppliers who are located all over the world. Furthermore, we assure the foundation for status assignment of materials used in the many products produced by Novo Nordisk. A combination of ensuring a high standard of incoming materials, and involvement in investigations into quality issues using LEAN tools is part of our daily work to improve and secure robustness in our internal processes. In total, we are 65 dedicated employees divided into 4 teams working closely together.

The position As cLEAN Partner you will work closely with the management team to drive and push the LEAN agenda in CSD Sourcing QA to support and improve our business. Your main responsibilities include:
  • Advise, inspire, set direction, and coach the department leaders in LEAN leadership
  • Contribute to the standardisation/improvement agenda across the area
  • Be at shopfloor maturing the LEAN mindset with the people in our department
  • Roll-out and drive LEAN agenda and strategy across the organisation using tools such as visual management, shopfloor coaching, problem-solving, etc
  • Use relevant input sources to enable data driven solutions in the department
  • Participate in cross organisational cLEAN network, where relevant
  • Teach, facilitate, and coach on complex systematic problem-solving across the organisation.
  • You will be part of central cLEAN academy teaching cLEAN principles to employees across Novo Nordisk

  • Qualifications To succeed in this position, you possess several of the following:
  • Relevant academic degree within pharmacy, engineering, or other related education
  • Professional experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated industry, preferably within management, project management or quality assurance
  • Background in LEAN and experience in applying LEAN tools hands-on
  • Ability to work independently, solve complex challenges and coach colleagues
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • As a person, you have excellent communication, facilitation, and visualisation skills. You are passionate about LEAN and you thrive in environment where you would have to drive the LEAN mindset. Being structured comes naturally to you and you thrive in an everchanging dynamic environment.
