The Position In the Complaint Trending team, you will have the unique opportunity to gain insights to the entire [xxxxx] product portfolio and a broad exposure to the company. You will be playing a pivotal role in monitoring the product quality of products in clinical development and on the market to ensure the highest quality for [xxxxx]’s patients by providing complaint insight of all [xxxxx] products based on data analysis and interpretation and translate trends into actions for the organization to act on.
We are specifically looking for a person that can help us transform our current trending setup, your initial task will involve:
• Develop an understanding of the trending processes and underlying data
• Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis in collaboration with the team
• Take initiative in shaping new ways to trend by deciding on data sources, acquiring process understanding, and selecting appropriate tools for data handling, analysis, and communication
• Oversee, analyze and act on complaints for both clinical and marketed products
• Reporting complaint trends to management and at different forums
Overall, you will be contributing to process improvements and other relevant projects in the area working together with 10 dedicated colleagues.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you:
• Hold a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Statistics, IT management, Bio-science or similar
• Have experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques
• Have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are fully proficient in English
On a personal level, you have a curious and proactive mindset and the ability to contribute to improvements and projects, also using your problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address recurring quality issues.
Finally, you have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while maintaining a calm and professional attitude. About the department
Located in Bagsværd, Denmark, the department, Customer Complaint Centre Support, is part of [xxxxx] Quality.
The department is responsible handling of customer complaints for the entire product portfolio of [xxxxx]. We also ensure surveillance and trending of customer complaints and effective handling of potential and actual recall situations, timely support and response to requests from health authorities globally. 35 highly skilled and dedicated colleagues strive as a team to ensure a high quality and outstanding results in a professional and challenging environment.
