Chemical Quality Control (QCC) is a department in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development, currently undergoing rapid growth with over 60 employees organized into three teams. Located in Bagsværd, our department conducts a wide variety of chemical analyses on obesity and diabetes products, serving as a final quality barrier before these reach our patients. You will join the equipment team responsible for all analytical equipment needed to conduct the analyses in our department. Our equipment inventory includes 46 HPLC/UPLCs, microscopes, pH meters, balances, pipettes, and more. The position
As an (Senior) Equipment QC Professional in Chemical Quality Control, you will play a crucial role in our rapidly developing equipment team. You will work alongside 6 professionals, 8 laboratory technicians, and a dedicated team leader. Your responsibilities will include: Qualifying and implementing new analytical equipment
Troubleshooting and providing support for equipment-related issues
Conducting annual life-cycle-management to assess and respond to equipment trends
Driving optimization of equipment processes through innovation including LEAN methodology, digital tools and automation
Presenting of equipment-related documentation during inspections and audits
In this role, you will also be involved in change requests, deviations, and SOP updates as we work under GMP requirements. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: An academic degree within science, technology, engineering, or similar field
Experience working with equipment in a GMP environment
A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude combined with technical skills and a strong interest in technology
Familiarity with systems like LIMS, Empower 3 and TIMS will be an advantage
Professional proficiency in English; fluency in Danish is required
