We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Procurement Process and Digitalisation in Corporate Procurement. The position In this role, you will be part of a great team of 12 colleagues, consisting of project managers, project associates and system experts. The team is responsible for driving adoption to our procurement system Coupa, continuous optimisations in purchasing and finance processes, driving integrations of acquired companies for Procurement process and systems and business partnering on a global level. You will be working closely with stakeholders across the company, on activities including: Spearheading the procurement process and system integration efforts for company acquisitions and drive assessments and recommendations during due diligences of corporate M&A opportunities Acting as a senior sparring partner for the colleagues across the organisation during Due Diligences and integrations Driving forward process optimisation projects with the procurement function in the acquired companies including change management Designing the post-merger procurement operating model and continue to improve best practice integration approaches for Procurement processes and systems Managing the continued development of procurement models used during due diligence You will be based in Denmark, but some travel activities may occur. Qualifications You hold a master’s degree within Business, or IT and have relevant M&A work experience, with procurement integration experience being a large plus. Furthermore, to be successful in this role, you have: Passion for working with integrations, business development and process change management and thrive when having to solve complex problems also with short timelines Taken part in driving forward integration projects Solid project management and procurement toolbox. In addition, having experience within several different financial disciplines (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, SAP etc.) is a plus, but not a must-have Strong stakeholder management and communication (written and oral) skills in English and are good at building relations A track record of driving projects on your own and have experience with managing larger projects and project teams On a personal level, you are self-driven, comfortable making decisions or choosing escalation, and have curious nature, learning willingness and agility.
