We are looking for a Student Assistant to support the Global Media & Stakeholder Communication team in Global Communication with various communication and administrative tasks. Apply today and join us! The position You will be a part of the Global Media & Stakeholder Communication team and support day-to-day tasks. Some of your main tasks will include: media coverage reporting creating social and traditional media dashboards and preparing PowerPoint presentations preparing workshop material, social media monitoring, editing website content You will gain hands-on experience with project management by helping to plan the annual international press briefing, assisting at the quarterly financial results and other media related activities. The role is located on-site at headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark. Qualifications You are currently enrolled in the last part of the Bachelor’s programme or have just started the Master’s degree. As an individual, you are service-minded and proactive, have a ‘can-do attitude’, good at maintaining an overview, quality-conscious and good at managing projects. You should have excellent English skills and keep calm in a dynamic working environment, characterised by a strong sense of team spirit and room for humour. About the department Global Media & Stakeholder Communication is a dedicated team of 16 employees responsible for global media relations, as well as handling issues and crisis communication. We are a part of Global Communication which besides Global Media & Stakeholder Communication is responsible for digital channels, corporate branding, corporate content, leadership and change communication as well as reputation management.
