We are looking for a structured and ambitious Transition Project Manager to drive our efforts in ensuring that new Novo Nordisk facilities can be efficiently operated and maintained with respect for life cycle costs. The position As a Transition Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving Corporate Facilities efforts to ensure close collaboration with CFa service owners that represents 130+ different facility services. You will be the point person for the construction projects to ensure that the projects get a consolidated, and professional input from CFa service areas with timely involvement. Your main tasks will include: Driving several larger transition projects with involvement from design phase to handover of the facilities. This includes ensuring projects receive operational input from CFa service owners and subject matter experts in the design phases so facilities can be efficiently operated and maintained Ensuring that service and maintenance activities are priced, and a financial agreement has been established between the project and the service owners Proactively driving reporting for the construction projects across CFa service areas to ensure overview of the project portfolio incl. clear status on budget process and issues Establishing and proactively driving a transparent reporting of your transition projects with an up-to-date status and escalate issues to relevant management level This role requires you to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and keep track of communication, risks and financial status and ensure that all services in Corporate Facilities are timely involved. Qualifications You preferably have an education as a construction engineer, constructing architect, architect, or other relevant education, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. To thrive in this role, you have: Experience with industrial, public, or major residential construction projects Experience from working in or driving a Facility Maintenance department is a clear advantage Experience with transition management of larger construction projects or cross disciplinary coordination between projects and operating departments Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both in orally and in writing Ability to keep the overview in pressured situations, to come up with solutions and compromises when needed, even when the tasks become complex As a person, you are energetic, result oriented, proactive, and trustworthy, and you have a flair for stakeholder management at all levels. You can work independently, as well as in collaboration with others, also across professions. Furthermore, we expect you to have excellent planning skills and work in a structured manner with an agile mind-set, while being able to be the natural link between projects, departments, and individuals.
The job is in Bagsværd but in a longer perspective potentially with responsibilities in Odense or other of our locations, so it requires that you are somehow flexible in terms of commuting several times a week.
