In our team we specifically work on creating automated document solutions for customer communication, via the Papyrus platform. We are a part of our Business Technology Enterprise Solutions; together we make sure that our technology supports our organization across business units and departments – quite complex, and extremely fun!
The document solutions help our colleagues in all our business units who supports Tryg´s customers to do self-service, automate document flows, and enabling customer communication, which is essential for our customers.
About the role
The Scrum team consists of Papyrus Developers, a Solution Architect, and a Scrum Master – a strong team with extensive experience and competences within the Document-area. The tone is informal, and we truly care about supporting each other – working with the complexity that we do requires a strong cooperation!

The role of the Techincal Product Owner would be to support the team in prioritizing and delivering above tasks, supporting the business and the team in fulfilling the business needs, and ensuring the solutions are standard and scalable.
Customer satisfaction through creating development, showing trust, and taking responsibility is in our DNA and reason to show up to work every morning.
About you
We are open to different backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of
object-oriented programming language, sound knowledge of AFP, PDF and HTML, and of course the Product Owner-role. It’s a big plus if you are familiar with Document Management-systems and ISIS Papyrus Designer and Web repository.
As a Technical Product owner you will be exposed to an agile environment, papyrus systems, service oriented architecture, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow etc.
Business understanding and empathy is essential to bring development, operations, security and business closer together.

- Developing new features around documents both inbound and outbound,
with focus on automation, and best solutions - Defining communication channels, which could be SMS, Emails, Physical prints, Archive etc.
