Order to Cash in is defined as all commercial processes from Customer Creation to Cash Collection. We operate across several functional areas to improve value creation of the entire Order to Cash process to a new level by improving standardisation, improving system utilization while allowing full integration of local processes into the core SAP environment. We are looking for several SAP SD/FI specialists for both senior and junior positions. Key responsibilities: To join workshops and meetings to capture and challenge requirements To customize solutions and support documentation, test, and implementation Work on simplifying the Standard Order to Cash Process with Future S4 Hana compatibility Roll out of templates (tested on pilot countries) to rest of the world Be an active part of an empowered agile team where your contributions matter Work closely together with internal as well as external partners You will join our newly established NextGenO2C team in DD&IT and working closely together with the Global Order-to-Cash team. We are currently working on our roadmap, as well as delivering on specific projects. We have several interesting projects in the pipeline, and we look forward bringing you knowledge and experience and building up new learnings together with you. Depending on your experience and motivation, your task will be to build and implement solutions for our Global Order-to-Cash process. We work across the module of SD and FI with interfaces to relevant systems.
Which competencies to bring?
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or similar degree within the order-to-cash area and or relevant business experience Strong interest in SAP and experience with the SAP SD coupled with SAP FI – or strong SAP FI AR knowledge coupled with SD Strong interest in SAP, including SAP BPA (BPA Approval flow) and ideally experience with the tool and Vistex IT experience in specification, design, development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions Understanding and experience with the Agile framework and exposure to the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage On a personal level, you are a team player who can work both in teams and still be able to work independently, with a focus on efficiency and business value in all tasks being executed and can communicate productively. Besides, you have great time management and 1organisation skills along with the ability to prioritise your own work to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of work. You are an excellent communicator and are comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones. As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both spoken and written English.

DD&IT Product Supply is an area responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. This includes SAP logistics modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Advanced planner Optimiser (APO), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management(QM), Production Planning and Process Industry(PPPI), Warehouse Management(WM/EWM), Advanced Track and Trace for pharmaceutical (ATTP), Global Batch Traceability (GBT) modules which are among the most critical IT systems in and they are used 24x7 by thousands of NN users worldwide.
