We are looking for an ambitious student assistant to join our strategy team responsible for business plans, market analyses and strategic projects.
As a student assistant you will get the opportunity to develop your analytical and project management skills as a valuable member of our team.
The position requires approximately 15 hours a week (2 full days) – with flexibility during exam periods.

Student assistants are an important part of the Global VIKING team. Many of our student assistants spend their internships with us and write their thesis about projects and the challenges we face. When you start your career with VIKING, you’ll also become part of our strong Young VIKING Network where more than 40 ambitious trainees, graduates, student assistants and interns get together to boost personal and professional development and participate in unique social events.
No day is the same…
You’ll be involved in a variety of projects such as:
- Financial and market analyses
- Making financial models in Excel
- Participation in strategic projects
- Preparing presentations for management
- Preparing cash-flow evaluations
- Providing ad-hoc practical and administrative support
About you
You must be currently studying your bachelors or master’s in a related field and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies.
- You’re detail-oriented, have a structured approach and can proactively take ownership of tasks and projects – from briefing to implementation
- You have good analytical skills
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
