Would you like to work within Logistics & Support to Operations (LSO)? And are you up for taking on a key role identifying, driving, promoting, and coaching continuous projects when it comes to improvement of equipment and methods used? Then this position in our Methods team might be for you. In this role, you will act as continuous Improvement coach and trainer developing and driving a performance culture through quality control, performance (KPI) system and maintain relevant procedures accordingly.
As the Senior Methods Engineer, you will join the Methods team in the LSO department. In this team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvements, reporting, data driven performance management (KPIs) within LSO to support and facilitate safe and cost-efficient Logistics services to (internal) clients towards delivering on TotalEnergies DK (TEPDK) business objectives. Furthermore, you will assist with establishing LSO deliverables in the integrated asset planning with Planning & Coordination (P&C) team and through an effective feedback loop ensuring to continuously update forecasted logistics assets required, operational plans and budget.

As the Senior Methods Engineer, you will join the Methods team in the LSO department. Furthermore, you will assist with establishing LSO deliverables in the integrated asset planning with Planning & Coordination (P&C) team and through an effective feedback loop ensuring to continuously update forecasted logistics assets required, operational plans and budget.
In essence you can look forward to:
- Ensure embedment and consistency of LSO referential and TEPDK procedures and its respect by users.
- Establish and reporting of performance measurements (KPI’s / CPI’s)
- Analyze the performance within aviation, marine, supply base, underwater and lifting portfolios and propose appropriate improvements and data based decision making.
- Drive and coach continuous improvement projects in LSO and cross departmental
- Ensure benchmarking between TEPDK and other TotalEnergies affiliates as well as other operators.
- Be responsible for the deployment of relevant tools and systems hereunder SAP (Unisol), PowerBI, Microsoft Power Apps, Python, Supply Chain Control Tower and Navigare within LSO.
- Act as Information Management Officer for LSO & P&C.
- Assist with driving LSO budget process incl. any revisions together with Finance Business Services (FBS), Head of LSO, and the respective LSO budget owners.
- Act as Deputy Head of Methods in LSO.
