Key Responsibilities
You will become part of the HR Training team, which is responsible for managing training for TotalEnergies Exploration & Production (TEPDK). As Student Assistant you will support the team in delivering an ambitious and busy training agenda. The team consist of 3 Training Partners and 2 Student Assistants and you will report to the Training Manager.
Overall, you will be responsible for administration of specific trainings. You will be given a clear area of responsibility which to a certain extent will depend on your experience, personality, and educational background. In connection to this, you will be able to manage and shape your daily tasks.
There will be routine tasks and opportunities to be involved in more varied tasks across the team, in close collaboration with the Training Partners and the other Student Assistants.

- Ad hoc tasks related to team activities
