Your position
In this newly created role, you will join our Renewables division who has developed one of the largest project portfolios within offshore substations with activities spanning across Europe, Asia and the USA. You will be part of a small but impactful team whose mission is to support, standardize and streamline business processes through the LEAN methodology, enabling our organisation to scale and grow efficiently.

With your structured problem-solving mindset, you will drive the development and deployment of our 'LEAN-on-site' continuous improvement (CI) program and act as the on-site, local CI support for our site construction team in Aalborg. This will be a unique chance for you to own, develop and maintain our LEAN-on-site toolbox, leaving a lasting impact on our growing organisation.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a LEAN Specialist, you will be the driving force behind streamlining business processes and implementing the LEAN methodology on-site. You will inspire a culture of continuous improvement by providing onsite training and facilitating workshops, while also serving as a vital bridge between design and construction execution.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Driving process standardization through systemic waste elimination workshops.
  • Providing hands-on, on-site continuous improvement support to the construction team in the day-to-day operation.
  • Developing, maintaining, and implementing the LEAN-on-site, Renewables toolbox.
  • Building a continuous improvement culture through onsite training and workshop facilitation.
  • Supporting construction excellence improvements within Safety, Quality, Delivery, People.

Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for an outgoing, dedicated professional with a strong business acumen who is passionate about optimizing business processes and wants to leave their mark on it. You have a proactive and curious approach to your work and are eager to learn and develop your skills within a dynamic construction environment. In addition, you thrive in a role where you have daily communication with many stakeholders.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Profound knowledge of the LEAN methodology.
  • A relevant educational background.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively deploy and anchor LEAN-tools.
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate easily and effectively with stakeholders on all organisational levels.
  • A safety and quality mindset with a passion for renewable energy.
