About the team

You will become part of a small and effective Finance team of four. Our scope is wide, and we support all departments within the company's value chain through analysis and guidance. One of our primary objectives is to empower our colleagues with business understanding grounded in data analysis. Within the team, there is an open and relaxed atmosphere, where we value each individual's freedom to shape their own workday. The team is part of our Finance function, reporting to the CFO area.

About the job

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key member of our finance team, responsible for providing expert financial analysis, strategic insights, and decision support to various business units. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to ensure effective financial planning, optimize performance, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities. This role requires a combination of good financial knowledge, business partnering skills, and the ability to influence and create positive change.

Our team responsibilities include the list below – here you will have the opportunity to specialize in tasks according to skills and interests

• Participating in the planning process, including budgeting and forecasting.

• Assisting with month-end closing tasks, such as reporting on project profitability, backlog, cash flow forecast, and other management reports and presentations. Conducting analysis of key figures.

• Reporting on group KPIs, both financial and non-financial (e.g., ESG/CSR).

• Automating and streamlining current reports.

• Providing analysis and delivering insights that connect financial reports to business strategies.

• Building and improving reports and presentations to align with strategic initiatives, such as monthly reporting package, product and customer analysis, and profitability analysis.

• Participating in the strategy and risk management process.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify improvement opportunities and present technical solutions for enhancing business processes and data foundation.

• Support the pricing manager with various cost analyses and further development of price models to achieve desired profitability levels. Act as a strategic partner in creating measurement tools for negotiations, linking price, total cost, profit margin, and budget.

• Collect costs for all products to enable non-technical staff to calculate profit margins.

About you:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

• Thrive on complex issues and approach them methodically and analytically.

• Great problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to think strategically and create impact.

• Possess strong analytical skills enabling you to gather data from multiple sources, identify patterns in large datasets, and utilize this analysis to address questions and resolve problems.

• High communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Exhibit critical thinking and reasoning abilities to effectively analyze data, evaluate alternatives, and provide recommendations.

• Possess data visualization expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a role within Business Partnering, Business or Project controlling, FP&A or Business Intelligence.

• Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Targit).

• Fluent in English and Danish
