The position
The Global Project Quality PM will be responsible for driving and managing major Quality tracks on the programme in cooperation with local and global colleagues. Although the role will be situated in Denmark, it will integrate with the Quality and document management organizations at the site projects across the world. Standardisation and effective execution setup are essential for success, and it is critical to achieve primary milestones and business benefits.

About the department
You will be joining AP Expansions, which stands for expansions of Aseptic Production (AP). The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.
AP Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. AP Expansions has a clearly global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.

The position

- Develop execution strategy, lead, and manage the project quality process for the AP module across the AP Expansions Project.
- Drive quality programme development, management, and implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Executing and coordinating project quality strategy for the AP Module.
- Monitoring progress, reporting, and managing the project deliverables.
Qualification:
To be successful in this position, you have:
- Academic degree in Engineering or similar
- Strong history of project and quality/ GMP work.
- Strong drive and cooperation abilities.
- Experience with science and risk-based validation.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Engineering Practice.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
