Do you build strong relations as a trusted advisor to the leaders you work with? If yes, you might be the HR Business Partner & Project Lead for People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partnering unit! The Position As HR Business Partner & Project Lead you will lead and co-drive People and Organisation activities across our business area, Biotech & Rare Disease. You will be part of a HR business partner team and drive various strategic P&O initiatives from start to end. The projects can have different shapes and sizes, eg. analysis of future trainee needs across BRD, establish P&O dashboards and people analytics centre or plan and facilitate large scale leadership summits etc. As such, you will ensure successful implementation of projects and processes in Line of Business in collaboration with the HRBP team, EHS and other P&O functions The P&O projects will target improvement within the following P&O processes:
  • Organisational development and effectiveness
  • Strategic workforce management
  • Change management
  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Talent management & development
  • Culture and engagement
  • You are a strong collaborator looking to make coherent solutions and bridging needs and you enjoy having a driving role focusing on impact and outcome of deliveries. Your strong relationship skills allow you to build solutions that make a real difference when being implemented. You have experience with project management from large organisations and demonstrate good cultural understanding and stakeholder management and can bridge opinions to make people focus on what matters the most for our end-users. Qualifications You are a strong executor and always look for shortest path to the goal. To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Have 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a large, international and culturally diverse environment with change management and organisational development
  • Are able to think strategically and to translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook.
  • Know how to remove people and organization related roadblocks to ensure effective strategy implementation
  • Hold a relevant academic degree within HR, Organization, Business Psychology or similar.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • It is natural for you to bridge opinions by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management. You find solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end-user, and you are an experienced process facilitator. About the Department You will become part of the People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partnering unit and report directly to the SVP HR partner of Biotech & Rare Disease.
