Then you might be the new Training Project Manager we are looking for as part of our newly established training team! The position As a Training Project Manager your main responsibility will be to act as Project Manager driving the implementation of our concept Training For Competences across our productions units in BRD API DK located in Gentofte, Hillerød and Kalundborg. Starting with an analysis of the business needs and challenges, then designing and implementing the setup and ending with an evaluation. The workplace will primarily be in Gentofte and Hillerød.In this position you will:
  • Design simple, engaging, and efficient training
  • Use your training toolbox to help line of business develop effective training content and workflows that enhances human performance
  • Identify training needs and apply relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids
  • Engage with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation
  • Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact
  • All above will be performed in close collaboration with end-users, process experts, and managers. Furthermore, you will join a network of skilled training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices, and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area. Qualifications Since we have just started a new team the most important qualification is your passion and drive for developing efficient training that enhances competences and human performance. We expect from our experienced training professionals to have:
  • Preferably a relevant academic degree within adult learning, organisational development, psychology or similar.
  • +2 years of experience with designing and implementing competence development and in-depth knowledge of different training principals, as an engaging facilitator and teacher.
  • Experience within project management and a proven track record of driving change management.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to visualise content in an appropriate way.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate on all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience from a GMP regulated industry is an advantage
  • Full proficiency in English and Danish
  • On a personal level you have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach, so we expect that you are eager to learn. About the Department BRD Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Denmark is located in Gentofte, Hilleroed and Kalundborg. This is where the active ingredients, going into all our life-saving biotech products, are made by app. 500 committed colleagues.
