Do you want to make a difference within leadership and take on the responsibility of heading up a Program Quality team working with efficient Quality verification strategies for Fill/Finish Expansions Program across the world, through a standardized approach for all Qualification/Verification activities? Then we have just the right job for you, as we are looking for an experienced Associate Manager to head up a Program Quality team in Fill Finish Expansions, Program Quality team in Gentofte. The Position As an Associate Manager, you will drive the development of a new team of skilled professionals and consultants responsible for Global Test and Qualification standard for Fill Finish Expansions Program. Your new department is characterized by high professionalism, a great quality mindset and an informal tone, the team is newly founded and the organisation will keep developing under your management. Your key responsibilities will be to: • lead and motivate your team in a busy working environment with changing priorities to meet business needs. • provide leadership and focus on the continuous development of the team members through coaching and dialogue to support current execution and over time develop a strategy for the future • create a cLEAN working culture in the team, focusing on effective day-to-day cooperation, and provide needed support and communication through visual overview, planning and prioritization. • ensure that the team meets project, quality, and organizational goals. • continuous develop and grow the team to match the Global projects expansion You will also be a member of the management team in the department, and you will participate in cross-organizational projects and collaborations. Moreover, you will lead the way and be a role model in a LEAN culture where openness, honesty, and focus on continuous improvements are natural parts of your personality. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: • A Master’s degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, or similar • Experience with quality management teams from the pharmaceutical industry (preferred) • 3+ years of experience with people management in manufacturing • Proficiency in English and Danish As a leader, you have a people-centered focus ensuring the well-being and employee development, you understand the complexity across the supply chain and interactions with authorities. You have a proactive attitude and are not afraid of being challenged by others. Finally, you have a flair for stakeholder management and networking at various organizational levels, also showing you strong communication skills that can create a fellowship in the organization.
