If yes, you could be our new senior manager to lead the Product Introduction and Instant Release department in Operational Standards, Fill Finish Expansions. About the department
The department consists of a small team of project managers and specialists, with the main responsibility of securing that all products can be manufactured on our new production lines and that we’re harvesting the benefit of standard production equipment.
This includes process design based on the equipment changes introduced, product transfer, and continued process verification. The department is also responsible for the operational implementation of PAT in our aseptic facilities. This is done through close collaboration with manufacturing development and the manufacturing sites.
The position
As Senior Manager, you will be developing the department, which is currently consisting of 4 project managers of different seniorities and two specialists.
Your responsibility will include: Setting the direction for the team based on close collaboration with the key stakeholders in the manufacturing development area, manufacturing sites, and the Fill Finish expansions core team. Part of setting the strategy and direction for the Operational Standard area and the rest of the management team. Responsible for the development of the employees and the department, to ensure we have the right structures in place, ensuring that we can improve the way we work. This position involves a high level of stakeholder collaboration cross functions and a key to success is your ability to establish strong and trustful relationships. Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in the role, we expect you to have: A relevant academic background such as Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or similar. You have 10 years of industry experience and a solid leadership background, this could be within the development, production, or project management of larger complex projects. Worked at a strategic level with established experience in line management. Experience navigating a complex stakeholder landscape. Fluency in the English language is a must for this position. With a strategic mindset, you can work independently to drive decisions and processes forward and thrive in a high-paced and dynamic workday, prioritising, and inspiring others. You have the ability for seeing the bigger picture and able to keep the eye on the ball in collaboration with stakeholders.
