Summary:
As a member of the HQ Finance department, you will play a crucial role as a Finance Business Partner within STG. Your primary responsibility will involve providing essential analysis and reporting support to one of the dedicated departments. We are seeking someone with a strong background in finance and accounting, ideally with prior exposure to consumer products and experience in profitability analysis and business case development. In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to conduct in-depth analyses of various business opportunities and take a lead role in supporting both strategic and local projects.

What can you expect as a Finance Business Partner (Commercial) at STG?
You will be based at our head office in Copenhagen, Denmark, reporting to the Head of Finance Europe, and you will become an integral part of our dynamic, multicultural team.
You should expect around 5-10 travel days per year.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
In addition to having a solid and relevant economic/financial theoretical background - Master’s level preferred - you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance from an international FMCG environment.

- Assuming the role of a strategic financial advisor, providing comprehensive financial guidance to senior commercial decision-makers.
- Conducting an in-depth analysis of brand and customer profitability, demonstrating a deep grasp of the diverse levers influencing profitability.
- Discerning business risks and opportunities through analysis and astute questioning.
- Executing ad-hoc reporting and analysis, while actively contributing to specialized finance initiatives.
- Playing a pivotal role in crafting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial analyses utilized in high-level Senior Leadership assessments.

- Proactive and confident in challenging the status quo.
- Good communication skills, adept at translating complex financial information for a diverse range of internal stakeholders..
- Good business acumen.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for providing analysis and insight.
- Highly regarded experience in the consumer products sector, with a proven track record in product pricing and costing.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Passionate for business and process improvement and foster a culture of sharing best practices.
- Excellent PC skills and experience using financial systems (preferably SAP) plus Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in an environment emphasizing teamwork to meet deliverables.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple and frequently changing priorities.
