About the job – Global Marketing Manager


As Global Marketing Manager for Data & Analytics in Columbus, you will work closely together with your 30+ marketing colleagues and the business leadership team, solutions- and subject matter experts to develop and implement the D&A marketing strategy, content- and integrated campaign plans.

As Global Marketing Manager, Data & Analytics, you will be part of the Business Line Management team and the global Marketing Leadership team and you will orchestrate value propositions, priority areas and content to get in contact with the right companies and people on Data & Analytics. You will have hands on our martech stack, and work with sales and country teams to plan, run and follow-up on marketing results and leads.

Our primary markets are Scandinavia, UK, Russia and US and your marketing plans and efforts need to help us achieve the following strategic goals:

  • Position Columbus as an AI & Advanced Analytics enabler
  • Establish Columbus as thought leaders / trusted digital advisors
  • Strengthen Columbus D&A partner relationships
  • Build the Columbus D&A sustainability footprint and industry know-how profile

Your essential duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Understand market- and solution trends and customer needs, and to translate these observations and data into an effective go-to-market plan.
  • Lead, drive and deliver awareness and lead generation through marketing campaigns and activities – from ideation, creative development, content creation to execution in collaboration with country based marketeers
  • Prioritize and align to ensure optimal use of budgets and resources
  • Plan and execute external roll-out and internal communications of new D&A solutions / services
  • Own the D&A marketing and sales collateral portfolio
  • Manage the global D&A website and SoMe communications

You will be part of the Columbus Global Marketing community and will collaborate and create activities together with other business lines. You will leverage ideas and best practices from the countries, other companies and industries to boost results. You will report to the Associate Marketing Director of Digital Marketing and Campaigns and work out of the Columbus offices in Ballerup.

About you – Personal Skills and Qualifications


You must be an ‘analytical creative’ person, full of ideas, and passionate about successfully driving marketing projects and results. You need to be an efficient communicator in a multi country setting both when speaking, writing and on video conferences. You should be able to view the detailed facts clearly, but also have a holistic overview. We expect you to have a strong mindset for team excellence, project leadership and digital marketing.

Preferred profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience creating and executing B2B marketing leads generating campaigns
  • Experience from the consultant, tech-, software and/or services industry
  • Experience from an international company preferably both HQ and local country work experience
  • A master’s level degree e.g., within marketing communications or international marketing
  • Good experience with marketing project management
  • Skilled (and interested in learning more) in digital marketing
  • Content creation skills e.g., creating customer references, writing and working with the MS Office stack
  • International mindset with excellent English language skills
  • Passionate about making a difference
