Our client, Semco Maritime, is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist with a flair for Azure to join their Digital & IT-team, which has embarked on a data governance project revisiting and reframing the current integration set-up towards their Azure platform.
You will work closely with colleagues both in Denmark, Sri Lanka and the Philippines to ensure focus on both optimizing internal processes and delivering business-crucial IT-solutions.
You will fill an important role in providing the application landscape in Semco IT and thus make a great impact on the company via the strategic initiatives identified. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the integration architecture for the Azure platform.
- Participate in the move and re-design of their integration platform.
- Interact with the business to design and develop the best solutions for internal and external integrations.
- Translate data requirements into sound solutions.
- Oversee the landscape structure and ensure that their integration architecture is fit for purpose.
Integration Developer with analytical and communicational skills
You have a technical background in computer science, software engineering, or information technology backed by several years of experience as an integration specialist in a similar role. You can demonstrate experience working with a variety of programming languages, databases, and middleware technologies used in integration projects. You are also familiar with integration patterns, data formats, and messaging protocols commonly used in enterprise integration scenarios. So, we are looking for you, who have experience with Azure as a platform for integrations, strong SQL skills and understanding of Oracle as well as RestAPI experience. If you have knowledge of GraphQL it is a plus.
As a person you have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You understand complex system architectures and can identify the best integration approach to meet the business requirements, not afraid to challenge the status-quo. You work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure that integration projects are delivered on time and within budget. You have a hands-on approach and enjoy diving into the technical details of integration tasks. You are proactive and self-driven and feel at ease in an ever-changing environment in an international context as both clients, colleagues and cooperation partners comes from different cultures in the world. You are highly motivated by embarking on the project only being in the start phase, prepared for the journey ahead.
This position is in Esbjerg or in Ballerup and most of the communication is in English.
